Booking Deposits

Due to high demand and limited availability Bright Hair requires all new clients to pay a deposit to secure your first appointment. If you no-show ,do not respond to communications 30 minutes prior to booking time or meet the 24 hour cancellation policy your deposit is debited $50 as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations

Bright Hair understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a $50 charge.

In the event that upon the commencement of an appointment it is discovered that the client has lice, the appointment will be immediately canceled and the full amount of the appointment will still be charged. Safety is of upmost importance to Bright Hair so be sure to check for lice before booking your appointment.
