My two children need haircuts, does that qualify for a call out?

Yes! Our minimum spend per booking is $65, any services less than this will still be charged at $65.

Do I need to provide anything?

We provide all the necessary tools to provide a salon quality experience however all we need from you is a non-carpet surface for the appointment, and any pets to be secured, thats it! Usually the kitchen or bathroom area works best where we can set up our portable basin to wash your hair.

Is my hair short, medium or long?

To make it simple we follow the following guidelines. Short hair above the shoulders, medium hair on the shoulders and long hair past the shoulders.

How do i pay for my appointment?

We accept cash, card or after-pay. All payments can be made at the conclusion of the appointment however initial appointments may require a deposit.

How will I wash my hair/hair colour off?

We are fully equipped with a portable basin and chair for your convenience. We will simply need space within your bathroom to set up so we can wash your hair.
